This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with SWM Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During limited drops, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin once your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. SWM Studio is not responsible for carrier delays.

Domestic Shipping

We offer domestic shipping within the United States. Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location and shipping method selected.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. International delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days after dispatch. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Items marked as pre-order will ship within the timeframe specified on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated. Limited drops may require extended processing times.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. SWM Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SWM Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery within our Contact page with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
