Returns

All sales are final

  • We do not offer refunds
  • We do not offer returns
  • We do not offer exchanges for sizing issues

An amp description of the sizing for each product is within the individual product page. If you have any questions on specific measurements, feel free to reach out to us in the contact section.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only replace items if:

  •  You received the incorrect item
  • The item arrived damaged

To report an issue:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds.

Shipping & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered to the carrier, Serein is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery errors. 

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Lost or misplaced packages
  • Incorrect delivery by the carrier 
  • Packaged marked as "Delivered" but not received
  • Theft after delivery

All shipping timelines provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If you experience an issue with delivery, you must contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packaged shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

  • Fit details
